Creative MATES is a hands-on program focused on creativity, confidence and self-expression. Participants explore art, craft, music and performance while developing communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills โ€” in a supportive space to express themselves and build meaningful social connection.

Active MATES is a structured fitness and wellbeing program designed to promote physical health, routine and social connection. Each session includes a group walk, a personalised gym program with a qualified trainer, and a shared healthy dinner โ€” building confidence, independence and positive lifestyle habits.

Cooking MATES is a practical life skills program focused on building independence and everyday capability. Each week, participants plan a nutritious meal, shop locally within a budget, and prepare meals together โ€” developing real-world skills in budgeting, cooking, teamwork and decision-making.

Custodians of the Park is a unique work skills and community participation program delivered in partnership with Centennial Park. Participants gain hands-on experience through real park-based projects, team-based tasks, and practical skill development including gardening and park maintenance โ€” supporting work readiness and future employment pathways.
